He Is Beside You

Through this life there are times we all wonder
where God is
When you are seeing a loved one going through

so much pain
You can feel a arm around your shoulder's bent
from stress
It is God beside you holding you so you

won't fall
When hurt because of the lost of a loved one and

the tear's are flowing
You feel something brush the tears from your eyes

it is Gods hand
When you think you have walked the last mile

you can in life
And you feel strong enough to walk again it is

God lifting
you to your feet
There are so many times in my life I feel like I

am so alone
Then I feel someone by my side I realize God is

always beside me

Why Did You Leave Here

Her mom you was suppose to be now she

wonders how you could leave a child

in a world of abuse
Did you think just because they was church

goers that they was

good to children

Didn't you know that they would beat her

and sexual abuse

her because she was so much like you

or did you ever take the time

out from your nice

little world to even wonder how she

was being treated

All she knew was you would come around to see

her once in awhile but never asked

her how her

life was or if she was happy or if she was living

in a sad world

Did you ask her if she ached for you

to put your arms around her

and let her know

you loved her

Now you are gone from this life and she will

never know if you really

loved her

or how it would feel to have a mothers

arms around her
