The day you was born I vowed to myself to try to be
a perfect mom to you
One that you could be very proud of I was so proud
of you I would tell everyone
"Thats My Son"

I was so sure I would be a perfect mom but it didn't
take me long to realize that there isn't any perfect
parents we dont get
lessons in this

One thing I didn't need lessons on was how to love
you it was so natural to love you with all of
my heart

Now you are all grown up I just wanted to be sure
you knew son I have never been ashamed of you on any
thing you believe in

You have always been very much the son I have wanted
and I am still proud to tell everyone that's my son
