Oh my is that the phone ringing that
I hear
Yes it is a lady I have been friends with
for twenty three
years

I have not seen her since last
summer
How lucky I felt it really had me
humming

Since now she lives in Canada my
heart
was now racing
in fear
Oh my heart was really pounding then
she
said your
voice I so wanted
to hear
Needless to say her voice was like music
to my ear

I asked when will you be back by
my way
She answered I will be there sometimes
in may

Today I have talked to the two friends I
hold so
dear
Now my heart is so over flowing with so
much cheer
